Phyllis J. Bartley, 83, of Murrells Inlet, S.C., passed away unexpectedly Wednesday at her home.

She was born in Butler County and was predeceased by a son, Mark Weber.

Survivors include her three daughters, Dixie Lee Kopp and her husband, Richard, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Holly Marie Schaffer and her husband, William, of Cabot and Lynn A. McAbee and her husband, Dean, of Murrells Inlet, S.C.; two sisters, Devona “Vonnie” Kunkle of Piketon, Ohio, and Verna “Deanie” Lerch of Saxonburg; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
