Walbert, 28, of Lyndora waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, forgery and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 22.Robert P. Yogmas, 45, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed April 25. Yogmas was ordered to pay $305.50 in fines and court costs.

Cradduck, 42, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and harassment, filed Aug. 20 by township police. Cradduck was ordered to pay $464.50 in fines and court costs.James R. Cress Jr., 24, of Renfrew waived to court two counts of driving under the influence and charges of driving without insurance, speeding, not using turn signals, careless driving, not wearing a seat belt, and failing to sign his vehicle registration card, filed July 5 by state police.Donald E.
