Janis Benson

Janis Benson of Butler celebrated her 90th birthday with a family dinner April 1 at the Allegheny Grille in Foxburg.

The former Janis Dreher was born April 5, 1922, in Butler. She married the late Joseph Benson on June 27, 1946, in Butler.

Mrs. Benson is a retired secretary for attorneys Reiber and Reiber and Willis MacDonald after 46 years.

She enjoys playing bridge with friends and has knitted many beautiful things for family and friends.

She is a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church.
