Kuntz 50th anniversary
Charles and Carol Kuntz of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner and a trip to Niagara Falls.
Kuntz married the former Carol Thompson on Sept. 21, 1963, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Butler.
They have two children, Shawn Kuntz and Rochelle Bowser, both of Butler.
They also have three grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Kuntz retired from the Butler Area Sewer Authority and works part-time for Valley Lines.
He is a member of AFSMCE and has been the local president for 23 years. He has been a volunteer for the Special Olympics for 42 years as a coach, treasurer and manager.
Mrs. Kuntz retired from Sam’s Club and works part-time at the Center for Community Resources.
She is a member of American Legion 117 and is a certified coach for the Special Olympics.
