Kyle Weitzel went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and a triple to lead Butler Township to a 13-3, five-inning win over Cranberry Township in Butler County Area Baseball League play Thursday evening.

Kevin King and Josh Bonetti both pitched well in the victory, combining for five strikeouts and just one walk.

Ian Edgar singled and doubled for Cranberry and Evan Scheinder had two base hits.

Zach Blair’s one-out triple sparked a four-run 10th inning and Karns City held on for an 8-7 victory over Center Township at Pullman Park.

Luke Salvo and Tyler Yough both had three hits for KC and combined to score three runs and drive in four.

Logan Sell added a single, triple and run scored in the win.

Tye Elder picked up the pitching win after working three innings of relief.
