SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
William T. Allman, 58, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Sept. 4 by Saxonburg police.
Amber N. Brandt, 29, of Cabot was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Aug 16 by Saxonburg police.
James A. Bucko, 43, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, child endangerment, a lane violation and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Aug. 3 by Middlesex Township police.
Joseph W. Lowes, 23, of Sarver pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed July 23 by Saxonburg police. Lowes was ordered to pay $674 in fines and court costs.
Everette B. Ray, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, reckless endangerment, simple assault, harassment and underage drinking, filed Sept. 4 by Saxonburg police.
Brian Rezzetano, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 3 by state police. He was ordered to pay $550 in fines and court costs.
Andrew W. Sadowski, 19, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Aug. 16 by Saxonburg police.
Adam W. Sleigher, 28, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, was held for court on charges of bad checks and theft by deception, filed Aug. 16 by Saxonburg police.
Cyrus V. Smith, 25, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and failing to use low beams, filed July 25 by state police.

Lamison, 18, of Chicora waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Aug. 21.Rashelle Metheney, 32, of Grove City waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception, filed Aug. 6.Michael G. EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Anthony Robert Lollo, 23, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 27 by Jackson Township police with disorderly conduct.Timothy Allen Gober, 20, of Zelienople, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 29 by Zelienople police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and purchase of alcohol by a minor.Jodi Lynn Stewart-Correll, 46, of Harmony, waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 21 by Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.Christopher Randa Monac, 23, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 19 by Adams Township police with theft, two counts of criminal mischief, and receiving stolen property.Roger Correll, 34, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 21 by Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.Mark Alan Gladd, 47, of Jacksonville, Fla., had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 17 by state police with two counts of criminal mischief, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to keep right, exceeding speed limit by 25 mph, and three counts of turning without a signal.Joseph Edward Turek, 29, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 16 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Michael A. Florie, 32, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 27 with exceeding the speed limit by 15 mph, driving under the influence — incapable of driving safely and driving under the influence — high rate of alcohol.
