Why doesn't the city knock $100,000 of the price for the money the city gave the Penn Theater Trust before Rasely was convicted of molesting Children.

The mayor should be planning other things for the city instead of the return concert of her child molester friend she publicly supported.

How can the Arts buy the theater from someone who does not own it? Or was that another strategy to hide out a convicted Child Molester among the arts community?
