Cranberry registers BACB triumph
Cranberry opened its Butler County Area Baseball League season Saturday with a 6-4 win over East Butler.
Sammy Baic had a key double to get the scoring started for Cranberry. Zach Snyder and Trevor Botta pitched three innings each, allowing one earned run.
Matt Lewis pitched the final inning for the save.
East Butler travels to Cranberry for a rematch Tuesday at Graham Park.
