Seneca Valley’s baseball season ended Saturday with a 4-2 WPIAL Class 6A playoff loss to second-seeded Norwin.

The Raiders (11-9-1) received two hits each from Conor Carney and Ethan Baer, but wound up losing for the fifth time in six games.

Ethan Edkins started and pitched the first five innings for SV while Carter Beneigh pitched the final two frames.

Norwin (14-3) plays Hempfield in the semifinal round Monday.
