3:34 p.m. Friday — Rebecca Stump, 40, of Butler reported a hit-and-run on her neighbor's parked car.Stump told police she saw a blue, two-door hatchback car driving the wrong way from Federal Street onto North Bluff Street. After turning onto North Bluff, the car struck the front of the parked car, belonging to Rhea J. Roxbury, unknown age.Stump described the driver of the vehicle as a blonde woman between 35 and 45 years old and said there was considerable damage to the front of the hatchback car.
5:12 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Sebastian Guevara, 19, of Chicora struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Douglas Whaley, 37, of Valencia. The impact sent Whaley's vehicle into the rear of a vehicle driven by Kelly Toth, 35, of Butler. Guevara was cited for careless driving.3:07 p.m. Wednesday — David Schuster, 22, who has no known address, was arrested at Butler Memorial Hospital on a warrant from Mercer County. Schuster was then charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found marijuana in a cellophane wrapper in the back of a police cruiser.7:52 p.m. Tuesday — A vehicle driven by Todd Gable, 19, of Tarentum and a vehicle driven by Joe Burger, 40, of Butler collided at the Moraine Pointe Plaza intersection on New Castle Road. Gable then allegedly fled before being stopped on Mercer Road by Butler state police. He was arrested on a warrant issued by state police.2:10 p.m. Tuesday — A vehicle driven by William Smith, 66, of Sharon hit an embankment along the Route 8 ramp to Route 422 westbound. He was cited for not driving at a safe speed.12:39 a.m. Tuesday — A 17-year-old Lyndora girl was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police served a warrant at a residence on Hansen Avenue.
