5:37 p.m. Sunday — A vehicle driven by Alan Miller, 31, and a vehicle driven by Lawrence Spangler, 54, both of Butler, collided at the intersection of North Duffy and New Castle roads. Spangler was treated for a neck injury and Miller was cited for driving with an expired license and brake failure.Saturday — A vehicle ran into a retaining wall at the Wonder Wash, 1136 N. Main St. Ext., sometime overnight and knocked down a portion of the wall, then fled the scene.Friday — Nickolas A. Gaillot, 35, of Butler was charged with theft and fraud after he allegedly made unauthorized charges, totaling about $5,000, on a credit card belonging to John G. Allen of Butler between April 16 and May 10.11:45 a.m. Thursday — Shawn Wedlock, 38, of Renfrew was charged with hit-and-run and careless driving after the van he allegedly was driving struck two mailboxes on South Eberhart Road, and then he fled the scene.11:13 a.m. Thursday — Cody Reynolds, 27, of Butler was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation following a traffic stop on New Castle Road.12:04 p.m. April 22 — Brian Lambing, 39, of Saxonburg was charged with DUI and several traffic violations following a crash on Center Avenue, near Freeport Road.March 14 — Heather Thornton, 24, of Butler was charged with fraud after she allegedly took a credit card from an Evans City resident and used it at Sheetz and Walmart on March 13 and March 14.
