More severe weather anticipated for Butler County
Butler County will likely see more severe weather today.
Earlier today, the National Weather Service of Pittsburgh issued a severe weather outlook, which included all of Butler County.
The earlier of two announcements detailed a "marginal risk" of severe weather and highlighted potentially damaging wind and flooding as the main threats, noting that many areas are already saturated from previous days' storms.
Later, a significant part of Butler County was upgraded to a "slight risk" for severe weather. The slight risk applies to the entirety of the southern part of the county, but stretches just north of Butler, too.
This story is a developing story.
