CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Scot Charles Inman, 22, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by Cranberry Township police with criminal conspiracy, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and loitering and prowling at night.
Luke Depaola, 18, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by Cranberry Township police with criminal conspiracy, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and loitering and prowling at night.
Teddi L. Jurecko, 33, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 9 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol of more than 0.16 and failing to stop at a stop sign.
Rachel L. Moyer, 22, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 9 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol of more than 0.16 and failing to stop at a red traffic signal.
Paul F. Pyszniak, 59, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 17 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol of more than 0.16.
Edgardo Diaz Pineda, 29, of Fairfax, Va., waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 18 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between 0.10 and 0.16, reckless driving, disregard of a traffic control devise, driving with a suspended licensed and disobeying instructions in an emergency response area.
Mechelle Poling, 45, of Baden, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 9 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol of more than 0.16, careless driving and driving with high beams in use.
Brian J. Ivanchan, 19, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.
Michael Isaiah Brown, 19, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 1 by Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance.
EVANS CITY --- District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Jeffrey Thomas Brosky, 29, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 21 by the state police with making false statements to authorities and providing false information at sale of transfer of a firearm.Jacob William Hymes, 25, of Hiedelburg, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by the Adams Township police with aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal trespass, harassment and public drunkenness.
