SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
John Dvorsky, 28, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of driving under the influence and following too closely to another vehicle, filed March 13 by Penn Township police.
Ricardo Edwards, 54, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of DUI, a stop sign violation, driving at an unsafe speed and not wearing protective equipment on a motorcycle, filed May 16 by state police.
Jason Whitacre, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud, theft, conspiracy and identity theft, filed June 3 by Middlesex Township police. He also waived charges of conspiracy and theft from a vehicle, in a separate case filed May 27 by state police.
Robert Irvin, 44, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of reckless endangerment, harassment, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, a lane violation, illegally passing another vehicle and following too closely to another vehicle, filed Oct, 2 by state police.
Duane McCardle, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, not using turn signals and a lane violation, filed March 14 by Penn Township police.
Gabriel Pawloski, 30, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI and making an illegal turn filed May 24 by Saxonburg police.
James Rezzetano, 33, of Butler waived to court a charge of simple assault, filed April 3 by Penn Township police.
Leila Ripoll, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud, theft, forgery, conspiracy and identity theft, filed June 3 by Middlesex Township police. She also waived charges of forgery, conspiracy, theft by deception, attempted theft and theft from a vehicle, filed May 27 by state police.
Denise Williams, 37, of Allison Park, Allegheny County waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and a lane violation, filed March 14 by Penn Township police.

Holton, 43, of Emlenton waived to court charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, abandoning a vehicle on a highway, careless driving, failure to stop and render aid after an accident, an open container violation and violating a hazard regulation, filed May 15.David Paul McDonald, 25, of Butler waived to court a charge of access device fraud, filed June 4.Nicholas Raffel, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and retail theft, filed June 9.Charles D. Schweinsberg, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, and damaging property by vehicle, filed April 14.Patrick E. White was ordered to pay $744.50 in fines and court costs.
