SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Matthew G. Blythe, 27, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possessing drug paraphernalia, a lane violation, a lighting violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 26 by state police.

Michael P. Karadeema, 26, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 26 by state police,

Carol J. Mendicino, 63, of Elizabeth, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI and following too closely to another vehicle, filed Oct. 18 by state police.

Clint E. Nagle, 27, of Butler waived to court three counts each of burglary, trespass, theft, five counts each of identity theft and access fraud, possessing drug paraphernalia, theft from a vehicle, criminal mischief and loitering and prowling at night, filed Nov. 21 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Joseph R. Brandon, 24, of Prospect was held for court on a charge of theft and 29 counts of criminal mischief, filed Oct. 6 by state police.Additionally, in two separate cases, Brandon was held for court on charges of: intent to possess a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 31 by state police; and possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed Oct. 5 by state police.Daniel W. Cummins, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and driving without headlights, filed July 20 by state police.Mathew A. Durso, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving without headlights, filed Aug. 30 by Slippery Rock University police.Christopher A. Elliott, 40, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Aug. 30 by SRU police.Matthew W. Farward, 21, of Sewickley, Allegheny County waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed Oct. 19 by SRU police.Staci L. Gallagher, 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of intent to possess a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 28 by state police.Alexander Gaudino, 21, of Freedom, Beaver County waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 17 by SRU police.Corbin J. Harkins, 20, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI and driving without headlights, filed Oct. 25 by SRU police.Gregory M. Jergons, 20, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system and driving without a license, filed Aug. 31 by SRU police.Aaron C. Johnson, 21, of Grove City was held for court on charges of DUI, speeding, driving with no rear lights and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Aug. 3 by state police.Trenton W. Knight, 21, of Harrisville waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 20 by state police.Dustan J. Mibuck, 20, of Enon Valley, Lawrence County, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Oct. 27 by state police.Denise C. Rettig, 47, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Oct. 14 by state police.Joshua C. CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:David P. McDonald, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, theft and attempted theft, filed Oct. 19.Christos D. Klutinoty, 21, of Butler was held for court on two counts each of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, filed in two separate cases Sept. 8.Luke M. Sopel, 30, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 30.Joshua M. Timberlake, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, improperly passing another vehicle, disregarding traffic lanes, following too closely to another vehicle and driving with no rear lights, filed Sept. 27.Matthew E. Maley, 28, of Karns City was held for court on 13 counts each of receiving stolen property and illegal possession of a firearm, filed Nov. 20.
