Gene and Pat Houllion celebrated 50 years of marriage with a Carribean cruise with their children and grandchildren.

The former Patricia Morgan married Houllion on Dec. 26, 1955, at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have three daughters, Cheryl Gall and Karen Houllion, both of Butler, and Kathleen Ferarra of Baldwinsville, N.Y. They also have four grandchildren.

Houllion is retired. He worked as a home builder and for 30 years as a restaurant executive. He belongs to the VFW and the American Legion. He enjoys hunting, fishing and gardening.

Mrs. Houllion is a homemaker. She enjoys bowling.

The couple belongs to St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church. They enjoy golf.
