Benjamin Cranmer, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of criminal mischief filed April 27 by state police.
Amanda Cypher, 22, ofButler was held for court on charges of tampering with records and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 17 by Saxonburg police.
Thomas Essary, 20, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and underage drinking, filed June 30 by Saxonburg police.
James Harbison, 50, of Wexford was held for court on a charge of driving under the influence, filed June 14 by state police.
Justin C. Kobik, 26, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed June 23 by state police.
Carl Neal, 42, of Kittanning was held for court on a charge of driving under the influence, filed June 3 by Buffalo Township police.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Keith Lutes, 34, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of stalking, intimidation of a witnesses and harassment, filed July 27.Michael Mackalica, 39, of Butler waived to court five counts each of aggravated assault, indecent assault, child endangerment and corruption of minors, filed May 26.Ryan Neely, 22, of St. Petersburg, Clarion County, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Aug. 6.James E. Trinkley, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, making an illegal turn and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 11.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Jeanne Bosco, 56, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged July 20 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane, failure to carry her license, failure to comply with license restrictions and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Raymond Caruso, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged July 20 by the Jackson Township police with selling/furnishing alcohol to minors.Thomas M. Fundy, 37, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 12 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
