Monday - Police charged Carl Opperman, 23, of 109 Maplewood Drive with driving under the influence stemming from a traffic stop at 2:38 a.m. June 1 on Hazel Avenue.3:14 a.m. Sunday - Jeffrey Wilkins, 21, of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, was arrested after police allegedly found him with 34 stamp bags of heroin and two baggies of marijuana while riding in a vehicle on West North Street. Wilkins is charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.1 a.m. Sunday - Richard Fulmer, 18, of 109 Cross St. was charged with resisting arrest, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and underage drinking following an incident on North Monroe Street.2:46 p.m. June 18 - A Butler woman and two girls suffered minor injuries during a fight at the Island Playground. Charged with disorderly conduct were Stacie Tucker, 35, of 300 N. Chestnut St., a Butler girl and a West Sunbury girl. Police did not identify the girls.

7:15 p.m. Monday - Daniel Lee McDonald, 18, of 554 Fairground Hill Road, Butler, was arrested on a retail theft charge for allegedly shoplifting at the JC Penney's store at the Clearview Mall in Center Township.Sunday - Three compact discs and an Oreck sweeper were taken from a car at the Fairview Road home of David and Sandra Snow in Washington Township. The property, taken between 11 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday, is valued at $900.5:30 p.m. Thursday - A car driven by Brandon Keene, 17, of Parker and a sport utility vehicle driven by Sara Badges-Canning, 17, of Emlenton collided at East Unity and Borchert roads in Cherry Valley. Keene was cited for an undisclosed traffic violation.1:06 p.m. Thursday - A motorcycle driven by Floyd Murray, 54, of Harrisville crashed on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township. Murray, who was not wearing a helmet, suffered undisclosed head and leg injuries.

8:50 p.m. Friday - Cars driven by Edward Okain, no age given, of West Mifflin, Allegheny County, and Dena Uber, no age given, of Grove City collided at Route 208 and Interstate 79 in Springfield Township, Mercer County.
