Jennifer A. Bishop-Cumberland, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Aug. 31 by Butler Township police.
Robert A. Brosky, 50, of Brockway, Jefferson County, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and disobeying traffic control signals, filed Aug. 26 by state police.

Karl Slaughenhoupt, 24, of Petrolia waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Sept. 4 in a private complaint.
Whitney L. Stewart, 18, of Bruin pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 6 by state police. Stewart was ordered to pay $444.50 in fines and court costs.
Timothy V. Tulley, 53, waived to court a charge of access device fraud, filed Sept. 10 by Butler Township police.
