Area firefighters called to 2 brush fires
Volunteer firefighters from multiple fire departments responded to two brush fires this afternoon, one near the border of Butler City and Summit Township, and the second fire in Clearfield Township near Dalmagro Road.
The first of the fires has been extinguished, according to the county communications center.
In the second fire, a train in the area was stopped while firefighters try to control the blaze.
