SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Jeffrey Cohen, 39, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lane violation, filed July 30 by Buffalo Township police.
Howard E. Garvin Jr., 40, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to charges of driving under the influence-DUIrelated, driving without a license and two counts of unlawful activities, filed May 18 by Middlesex Township police. Garvin was ordered to pay $807.50 in fines and court costs.
Kerry J. Gordon, 42, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and accidents involving damage, filed May 5 by Buffalo Township police.
Arnold E. Miller, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of theft of leased property, theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Aug. 29 by Penn Township police.
Adam S. Pavlovich, 34, of Aliquippa, Beaver County pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed July 12 by state police. Pavlovich was ordered to pay $556.50 in restitution.
David P. Rzepinski, 46, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed June 23 by state police. Rzepinski was ordered to complete an anger management class and pay $184.50 in fines and court costs.
William Szymanski, 20, of Cabot pleaded guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license, driving without registration and without insurance, fraudulent use of license plates and unauthorized use of registration, filed Aug. 27 by Buffalo Township police. Szymanski was ordered to pay $707.50 in fines and court costs.
Michael A. Thompson, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lane violation, following too closely to another vehicle, careless driving, and an open container violation, filed May 10 by Buffalo Township police.
David L. Walters, 19, of Sarver waived to court charges of attempted burglary and trespass, filed Sept. 4 by state police.
Shawn M. Wolfe, 38, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County pleaded guilty to charges of bad checks, filed Aug. 9 by Middlesex Township police. Wolfe was ordered to pay $3,036. 58 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Samuel Zimmerman, 61, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed June 13 by Buffalo Township police.

Bobro, 30, of Butler waived to court three counts of forgery, and charges of theft by deception, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed in two separate cases May 5 and Aug. 9 by Butler Township police.Jolena E.Bowser, 29, of North Washington waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 23 by Butler Township police.Sean B. Crowe, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 27 by Butler Township police. Crowe was ordered to pay $40 in fines and court costs.Harry D. Herko Jr., 30, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle and unauthorized use of registration, filed May 15 by Butler Township police.Latasha L. Hutchinson, 18, of Butler waived to court six counts each of forgery, access device fraud, identity theft and charges of conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 21 by Butler Township police.Brannon J. Irvin waived to court four counts of conspiracy and charges of receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 23 by Butler Township police.In a separate case filed July 30, Irvin pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay $395 in fines and court costs.Sylvia L. Loughman, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, conspiracy, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 9 by Butler Township police.Thomas L. Odom, 22, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug 6 by Butler Township police. Odom was ordered to pay $595 in fines and court costs.Christopher A. Neidigh, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of corruption of minors and retail theft, filed July 26 by Butler Township police.Aaron J. Raybuck, 18, of Butler waived to court two counts of possession of a controlled substance, filed July 2 by Butler County detectives.Andrew W. Sadowski, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed July 30 by Butler Township police. Sadowski was ordered to pay $443.27 in restitution, fines and court costs.Michael A. LeGrand, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 1.Kirk A. EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Kristin Goblick, 32, of Evans City had her case held to court. She was charged Aug. 1 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Darren Paul Getty, 38, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 10 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.Jeffrey Scott Glenz, 37, of Zelienople had his two separate cases held to court. He was charged June 27 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic control device, reckless driving, illegal racing and failing to drive at safe speeds. He was also charged July 2 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Barbara Burk, 48, of Beaver, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged June 28 by the Adams Township police with filing a false report to law enforcement authorities.Gerald E. Litzenburg Jr., 49, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged July 9 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Joshua J. Beebe, 21, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with distributing a small amount of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with no rear lights and failing to carry a driver's license.Chad Shaun Kupar, 28, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 25 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault, harassment and resisting arrest.Charles Adam Marsh, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving in the right lane and driving with no headlights.Jennifer Dziabiak, 29, of Cranberry Township had her case held to court. She was charged Aug. 29 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault.
