SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Daniel P. Adamik, 40, of Sarver waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal mischief and two counts each of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed March 12 by Buffalo Township police.

Nicholas Brucker, 22, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass, filed April 11, 2009, by state police. Brucker was ordered to pay $674.25 in fines and court costs.

Brett Eubanks, 21, of Sarver waived to court two counts of simple assault and charges of harassment and disorderly conduct, filed March 16 by state police.

Sharon A. Kaufman, 20, of Tarentum pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass, filed April 11, 2009, by state police. Kaufman was ordered to pay $674.25 in fines and court costs.

Robert J. Keller, 22, of Gibsonia pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass, filed April 11, 2009, by state police. Keller was ordered to pay $674.25 in fines and court costs.

Justin D. Shook, 27, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Feb. 25 by Buffalo Township police.

Chad A. Watt, 35, of Tarentum pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass, filed April 11, 2009, by state police. Watt was ordered to pay $674.25 in fines and court costs.

Rachel Zimmerman, 33, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Jan. 5 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:Craig Lee Gaiser, 49, of Chicora waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed June 22.Nicole Northime, 25, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance, filed Feb. 8.Steven G. Ramsey, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 22.David Rzepinski, 49, of Sarver waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 11.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases:Robert Joseph Bachor, 43, of Ambridge waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 19 with giving false identification to law enforcement officers and driving with a suspended license.Matthew Paul Mastalski, 32, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 14 with simple assault and harassment.Jeremy T. Smith, 22, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.Ryan Lee Hewett, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 11 with forgery, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.Jeffrey Parker Murphy, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Casey MacGregor Spader, 33, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 11 with acquisition of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, identity theft and possession of a controlled substance.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Robert M. Woodruff, 29, of Volant had his case held for court. He was charged Feb. 1 by Jackson Township police with recklessly endangering another person, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.Gary E. Phillips, 57, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged March 17 by Lancaster Township police with aggravated assault.
