Barbara A. Zimmerman
Barbara A. Zimmerman, 75, of Rimersburg passed away Friday at Bradyview Manor, East Brady.
She was born on Friday, June 12, 1936, in East Brady, the daughter of Earl W. and Anna Elizabeth (Wyant) Shultz.
Mrs. Zimmerman was a Protestant.
In her leisure time she enjoyed crocheting, making crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
She treasured the friendships she made at the Clintonville Apartments and the Senior Center at Scrubgrass Grange. When she moved to Bradyview Manor, she quickly became acquainted with all the staff and residents by teasing and joking with them. The staff at Bradyview Manor provided her with wonderful care and lots of love during the past several months for which her family is very grateful.
Barbara's sense of humor, friendly nature, and her ability to carry on a conversation with whomever she met will long be remembered by the many people's lives she has touched.
Barbara leaves behind to cherish her memory one son, David Morder of Butler; one daughter, Debra Morder of Florida; one grandchild, Jennica Morder; two brothers, Danny Shultz of East Brady and Joseph Shultz of Fenelton; four sisters, Eleanor Gerner and her husband, Walt, of Sarver, Helen Whitmer and her husband, Clifford, of Emlenton, Judy Crawford and her husband, Raymond, of East Brady and Marilyn Rankin and her husband, James, of Rimersburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Robert Morder, who died Feb. 20, 1979; her second husband, Ray Zimmerman, who died in 1990; four brothers, Ted, Charles, Guy and Jim Shultz; and four sisters, Rose Hester, Caroline Stoughton, Sally Shultz and Sue Yockey.

Zimmerman, who died Friday, Aug. 12, 2011, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday at the <B>Bauer-Hillis Funeral Home and Cremation Services</B>, 758 Main St., Rimersburg, where funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev.
