Raymond Schmoll
Raymond “Ray” Schmoll, 44, of Seven Fields passed away unexpectedly at 4:12 p.m. Monday at his home.
He was born Oct. 7, 1966, in Butler, the son of Robert L. Schmoll and Rita L. Graham Schmoll.
He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church.
He was a 1984 graduate of Moniteau High School. He also was a graduate of Butler County Community College, the University of Pittsburgh, Harvard University and the Royal Scottish Academy of Performing Arts. He was a member of the Screen Actor's Guild.
He was a carpenter by trade and previously had been employed at Armco.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and Rita Schmoll of Karns City; three sisters, Rhonda Kuminkoski and her husband, Chris, of Butler, Rani Nicodemus and her husband, Mike, of Petrolia and Rebecca Hinterlang and her husband, Matt, of Butler; and seven brothers, Robert Schmoll II and his wife, Amy, of Kentucky, Randy Schmoll of Karns City, Rodney Schmoll of Alberta, Canada, Roy Schmoll and his wife, Jenn, of Kentucky, Ronald Schmoll and his wife, Traci, of Seven Fields, Ryan Schmoll and his wife, Tonya, of Parker and Roger Schmoll and his wife, Sharon, of Petrolia. Also surviving are 33 nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Raylene Schmoll, and one nephew, Hunter Schmoll.
<B>SCHMOLL</B> — Friends of Raymond “Ray” Schmoll, who died Monday, Jan. 10, 2011, will be received at the <B>William F. Young Funeral Home</B>, 132 Main St., West Sunbury, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Friday. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the St. Louis Catholic Church with Father James Bedillion officiating. Burial will be in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Butler Library County Federated Library System, www.BCFLS.org/memorials.htm; or to the St. Louis Catholic Church for masses.
