7:10 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Nancy Kuauchuk, 72, of Butler collided with a car driven by Jarett D. McNeill, 20, of Butler at the intersection of Center Avenue and Standard Avenue.Kuauchuk told police she was unable to see oncoming traffic as she pulled onto Center Avenue due to parked cars. Her vehicle was struck by McNeill's car as she entered the road.Kuauchuk was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. No charges were filed.

12:17 a.m. Tuesday — Mikeal Clutter, 36, of Butler was charged with retail theft after he was found pushing a shopping cart with a 32-inch flat screen TV and other merchandise in front of Target at 1:17 a.m. The merchandise was found to be from Walmart and valued at $262, police said.3:50 p.m. Monday — A car driven by David Strobel, 50, of Prospect allegedly drove through a red light at the intersection of New Castle Road and North Duffy Road and collided with a vehicle driven by Robert Kasenter Jr., unknown age or address. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Strobel was cited for a red light violation.6:44 p.m. Dec. 22 — No one was injured in a three-car crash at the intersection of Hansen Avenue and Whitestown Road.Police said a vehicle driven by Beverly Lokhaiser, 75, of Butler failed to yield to oncoming traffic as she attempted to turn left onto Whitestown Road and hit the side of a vehicle driven by Jeffrey Rivers, 26, of Lyndora.Rivers' vehicle was pushed into a vehicle driven by John Ostwinch, 71, of Butler, who was stopped on Whitestown Road.Lokhaiser and Rivers' vehicles suffered major damage and were towed from the scene.

2 p.m. Tuesday — Donald P. Dambaugh, 67, of Evans City reported someone entered his Upper Harmony Road home and stole about $500 and two small pocket knives.9:48 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Barbara A. Morelan, 35, of New Castle crashed into a guide rail along Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township. Police said Morelan lost control of her car while driving around a left curve in the road.12:25 a.m. Nov. 12 — Lynndee C. Shields, 31, of Chicora is facing DUI charges after she crashed her car into a utility pole along Petrolia Road in Fairview Township then fled the scene. Police said the pole was sheered in half after Shields' car struck it. Shields fled the scene on foot but was found walking about a mile away from the crash. Charges of DUI and hit-and-run are pending, police said.

10:39 p.m. Nov. 3 — Serena E. Blakeslee, 39, of Sarver was charged with simple assault and harassment following a domestic incident at a Bull Creek Road home in Fawn Township, Allegheny County.
