Deborah S. “Debbie” Wiegand, 65, of Slippery Rock, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022, at Butler Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

Born on Feb. 18, 1957, in Butler, Debbie was the daughter of Myra “Kate” Pryor Twentier and the late Floyd G. Twentier.

Debbie worked at Earth Sun Moon Trading Company in Grove City for many years.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Wiegand of Slippery Rock; her mother, Myra “Kate” Twentier of Slippery Rock; one daughter, Samantha E. (Chris) Whitfield of Shaler; one son, Kenneth Wiegand (Crystal Colvin) of Portersville; one granddaughter, Cassidy Whitfield; one grandson, Nation Colvin; and another grandson expected in November.

She is also survived by one sister, Judy Twentier, and one brother, Floyd Twentier, both of Slippery Rock.

Debbie was preceded in death by her father and her brother.

WIEGAND — Services and interment for Deborah S. “Debbie” Wiegand, who died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022, were held privately in West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
