Silverio 65th anniversary
Patsy and Audrey Silverio of East Brady will celebrate 65 years of marriage with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Bradyview Manor, 405 Robinson St., East Brady.
Silverio married the former Audrey Bump on April 22, 1946, at St. Mark's Church in Sarah Furnace, Pa.
They have five children, Pam Croft of Butler, Anna Silverio of Chicora, Donna Geibel of Fenelton, Blaise Silverio of Waldorf, Md., and Chris Silverio of Chicora. Another son, Patrick Silverio, is deceased.
They also have 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Silverio is retired from U.S. Steel in Saxonburg. He is a member of the Sons of Italy and Moose Lodge. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.Mrs. Silverio is a homemaker. She serves as a Eucharist minister at her church and was active in the Young at Heart.The Silverios belong to St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Bradys Bend.
