GRIDIRON GEMS

Seneca Valley quarterback Jordan Brown threw for 201 yards and three touchdowns last week against Fox Chapel. Brown and the Raiders will face section rival McDowell Friday night.

DEMETRIUS LOCKLEY (Butler) returned an interception 75 yards for a touchdown in the Golden Tornado's 49-7 loss to North Allegheny.•

JORDAN BROWN (Seneca Valley) completed nine of 13 passes for 201 yards and three TDs in the Raiders' 42-7 win at Fox Chapel.•

JONATHAN DOROGY (Seneca Valley) scored on a 35-yard catch and a 97-yard kickoff return in the Raiders' victory.•

FORREST BARNES (Seneca Valley) had 13 carries for 89 yards and a TD, two catches for 83 yards in his team's victory.•

TAYLOR SMITH (Union) threw for 101 yards and a TD, added 11 carries for 117 yards and a score in the Golden Knights' 30-14 triumph at Saegertown.•

AUSTIN DAVIS (Union) had 14 tackles — six solos— and 1.5 quarterback sacks in his team's victory.•

OWEN NEARHOOF (Mars) threw for 87 yards and scored the game-winning touchdown on a 40-yard run with 1:39 remaining in the Planets' 21-20 victory at Pine-Richland.•

ALEX STREZESKI (Knoch) returned an interception 35 yards for a score and caught a 6-yard TD pass in the Knights' 56-8 win at Albert Gallatin.•

KY KENYON (Knoch) completed all five of his passes for 100 yards and rushed for 68 yards and two TDs in his team's victory.•

DAMON SMITH (Freeport) had 19 carries for 131 yards and two TDs in the Yellowjackets' 26-0 win over Quaker Valley.•

TONY DEVIVO (Freeport) returned an interception 81 yards for a TD against Quaker Valley.•

DUSTIN GEAGAN (Moniteau) had eight carries for 88 yards and a touchdown in the Warriors' 20-6 triumph over Clarion.•

KYLE ARMAGOST (Moniteau) combined for 170 yards passing and rushing, running for a score and throwing for another in his team's victory.•

TYLER KEPPLE (Karns City) had four carries for 91 yards and completed all four of his passes, two for TDs, in the Gremlins' 28-14 win over Redbank Valley.•

BEN GAUL (Slippery Rock) had 14 carries for 92 yards and a TD in the Rockets' 23-10 triumph over Franklin.•

WES PHIPPS (Grove City) had seven carries for 119 yards and returned a kickoff 96 yards for a touchdown in the Eagles' 77-0 victory over Corry.•

TYLER DAGRES (Grove City) completed all five of his passes and rushed for 67 yards and three TDs in his team's win over Corry.
