EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Susan Y. Fluharty, 39, of Rochester, Beaver County, had her case held over to court. She was charged May 26 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and forgery.
John Gettman, 55, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 17 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and failure to keep right.
Bradley Neil Beachem, 34, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 17 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal parking on a limited-access highway.
Jamine M. Adams, 33, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 19 by the state police with unlawful use of a computer and harassment.
Anthony Dwayne Grossman, 44, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged May 17 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and public drunkenness.
David Wenzel, 38, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 17 by the Evans City police with making terroristic threats and harassment.
Terri L. McKean, 40, of Enon Valley, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 25 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving and disregard of a traffic lane.
David J. Crowley, 33, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 31 by the Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving at an unsafe speed.
Karen Mellon, 51, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 24 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, no headlights and no rear lights.
Jessica Catherine Book, 23, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged May 19 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving.
Julian Dan Bieber, 47, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged May 2 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of a traffic lane and careless driving.
Kenneth H. Meyers, 51, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged May 12 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of a traffic lane.
Justin Lapiska, 23, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged May 24 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use-possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and turning movements and required signals.
