Joseph Zaborowski, 43, of Cabot waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, driving under the influence, fleeing, disregard traffic lane, careless driving, reckless driving and failing to wear a seat belt, filed Dec. 9.
Tara Storey, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, driving while operating privilege is suspended, operating a vehicle without insurance, following too closely, careless driving, failing to stop and render aid, filed Nov. 15.
Ellen Fritz, 48, of Butler selling and furnishing liquor to a minor, filed Nov. 28.
Jared Ritchey, 27, of Bruin waived charges of unlawful killing or taking of big game in closed season, taking or possessing game of wildlife, false or fraudulent statement, procuring a license with incorrect name, filed Nov. 10.
Joseph M. Gibson, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 7.
Ronald W. Claypoole, 61, of Karns City waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 16.

Williams, 25, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 6.Jennifer R. Blystone, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and driving while operating privileges are suspended/revoked.Tricia D.
