Alyce R. Lange, 79, of Cabot died Friday at the Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia Lutheran Ministries.

Born March 27, 1928, in Seneca, Pa., she was the daughter of Otto C. and Rose (Jetter) Lange.

Miss Lange was a retired nurse.

She was a member St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot, the Lutheran Women's Missionary League and the altar guild at her church.

Miss Lange enjoyed sewing and embroidery and had done braille transcriptions for the Missouri Synod Board of Missions.

She is survived by two brothers, John R. Lange of Fort Collins, Colo., and Carl James Lange of Williamsburg, Va.; a sister, Grace Kahle of Oil City; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
