Jack and Rose Walchesky

Jack and Rose Walchesky of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at Serventi's in Penn Township.

Walchesky married the former Rose Bloom on June 1, 1968, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Natrona Heights.

They have two children, Danielle Wiles of Butler and Jaclyn Stephenson of Butler.

They also have four grandchildren.

He retired from Servistar in East Butler as a computer operator.Mrs. Walchesky retired as a unit clerk from St. Barnabas in Gibsonia.In their spare time, they enjoy daily walks on the bike trail and supporting their grandsons in various activities.The Walcheskys are members of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Butler.
