SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:

William Heath Kelsea, 32, of 106 W. Metzger Road, Butler, waived his case to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Kelsea June 15 with receiving stolen property.

Jeremy Natale Agostino, 27, of 227 Water St., Slippery Rock, waived his case to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Agostino June 12 with six counts of theft by deception, six counts of receiving stolen property, six counts of forgery and six counts of access device fraud.

Brandon Mitchell Reichert, 24, of Apollo waived his case to court. State police in Punxsutawney charged Reichert May 24 with three counts of selling or furnishing liquor to a minor and three counts of furnishing liquor to certain persons.
