Violet Mae Flick, 89, of Ross Ridge Manor in Ford City died Saturday at ACMH Hospital, Kittanning.

Born Jan. 8, 1918, in Clarion County, she was the daughter of Edward and Francis Conner Rumbaugh.

She was a member of the Ford City Church of God, and she enjoyed reading and fishing.

Surviving are two sons, the Rev. Wendell Flick of Ford Cliff and Sheldon Flick of Ford City; a sister, Helen Best of Shippenville; a granddaughter; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Flick, who died in December 1996; three brothers; two sisters, and a grandchild.

<B>FLICK </B>— Friends of Violet Mae Flick, who died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home</B>, 200 S. McKean St., Kittanning.Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Bishop Alan Ion officiating.Burial will be at the Lawn Haven Burial Estates, Worthington.
