Leggett

Saundra S. Leggett, 52, of 214 Brose Road in Winfield Township, formerly of Gibsonia and Tarentum, died at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Sugar Creek Rest, near Worthington, where she was a resident for two months.

Born Aug. 8, 1954, in Tarentum, she was the daughter of the late Raymond G. and Josephine Crissman Hartman.

She was a homemaker and also was a cashier at Friedman's grocery and the Subway, both in Saxonburg.

Mrs. Leggett was a member of the Hannahstown Road Baptist Church in Jefferson Township.

She enjoyed flowers, gardening and was an animal lover.

Surviving are her husband of eight years, Danny Leggett; two sons, Scott B. and Christopher Weston, both of Butler; four brothers, Timothy Hartman of West Deer Township, Wendell Hartman of New Castle, Walter Hartman of Winfield Township Joseph Hartman of Butler; and five sisters, Grace Joseph of Baltimore, Mich., Nancy Martz of Fawn Township, Valerie Hartman of West Virginia and Linda McKelvy and Ruth Hartman, both of Gibsonia.

A brother preceded her in death.

Leggett, who died Saturday, May 5, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Duster Funeral Home</B>, 10th Avenue at Corbet Street, Tarentum. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mark Wagner, her church pastor, officiating.
