Geagan 68th anniversary
Leo and Mary Ann Geagan of Butler celebrated 68 years of marriage with a quiet day at home greeting and visiting friends and family.
Geagan married the former Mary Ann McKissick on Sept. 2, 1950 at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
They have six children, Barry Geagan of Butler, Kathleen Ellwood of Butler, Robert Geagan of Butler, Leo Geagan III, Elwood City, Patrick Geagan of Slippery Rock and the late Ralph E. Geagan.
They also have eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren
Geagan retired from AK Steel.He is a member of the Summit Sportsman's Club and the Moose.He enjoys fishing, camping and spending time with his grandchildren.Mrs. Geagan owned her own beauty shop for 50 years.She ran tours over 20 years and loves to play cards, camp and spend time with her grandchildren.The Geagans are members of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church and the Butler Moose.
