BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:
Shawn D. Arnold, 41, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 26 by township police.
Mary Calloway, 45, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct filed Aug. 29 by township police. Calloway was ordered to pay $501.84 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Matthew Dicorpo, 47, of Marienville, Forest County, waived to court charges of retail theft, possessing instruments of crime, and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 12 by township police.
Anthony M. Kovocovsky, 48, of Butler waived to court five counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 19 by township police.
Jessica A. Lucarelli, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 11 by township police. Lucarelli was ordered to pay $353.50 in fines and court costs.
Frank G. Mamo, 51, of Emlenton, Venango County, waived to court charges of DUI and harassment, filed Aug. 20 by state police.
Carol A. Petronek, 49, of Carnegie, Allegheny County waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 9 by township police.
Shari L. Sorce, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license, filed Sept. 11 by township police.
Nicole L. Torchia, 23, of Rimersburg pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 29 by township police. Torchia was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.
Jessica A. Vinroe, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 25 by township police.
District Judge Lewis StoughtonCHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Dee Ann Cross, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Sept. 23. In a separate case filed Aug. 31, Cross waived a charge of false identification to police.Denise R. Grame, 32, of Cabot was held for court on a charge of theft, filed July 27.John V. Ratcliff III, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving without rear lights, filed Aug. 31.
