CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Elizabeth Anne Adams, 43, of Bradford Woods, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 11 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.

Kathleen Edwards, 46, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 23 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.

Kathryn C. Jones, 48, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 18 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, failure to stop and give information and/or render aid, failure to notify police immediately of an accident and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.

Charles Allan Kline, 26, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. She was charged Oct. 17 by Cranberry Township police with distributing a small amount of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with no rear lights.

Shirley Jane Boccella, 43, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 17 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft and theft by deception.

David R. Bennett, 51, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 23 by Cranberry Township police with making terroristic threats, simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Justin A. Sporny, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 16 by Cranberry Township police with burglary, unsworn falsification, false identification to law enforcement authorities, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Shamus M. Stanton, 31, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 23 by Cranberry Township police with two counts each of forgery, access device fraud, identity theft and theft by deception and one count of receiving stolen property.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Michael Reinhart, 33, of Munhall, Allegheny County, had his case held for court. He was charged Sept. 17 by state police with theft and receiving stolen property.Larry Delano Zierath, 30, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 12 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and vehicles turning left (failure to yield).Johnny Mack Brown Jr., 26, of Richeyville, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 26 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol/drugs, possession of a controlled substance, speeding, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and driving with a suspended license.Brittany L. Hewitt, 24, of Cheswick waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 30 by Evans City police with theft.John M. Biskup, 36, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 31 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and not using low beams.Joseph John Mikovitz, 64, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 5 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Fred Anthony Goldbach, 62, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 27 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and two counts of signaling improperly.Dwayne Michael Burgess, 19, of Gondeeville, W.Va., waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 15 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and minors prohibited from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in their systems.George R. Ripper, 49, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 26 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and failure to carry license.John E. Brentley, 48, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 5 by Jackson Township police with two counts of theft by deception.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:James A. Petrigni, 42, of Portersville waived to court one count of bad checks and one count of theft by deception charges filed Dec. 10, 2001, by Bobbi Haluka of Trader Horn in Butler. Petrigni also waived to court two counts of bad check charges filed July 17, 2001, by John P. Vernille of 84 Lumber in Butler, two counts of bad checks and two counts of theft by deception filed Dec. 11, 2001, by Jon Goertz of 84 Lumber in Butler, and one count of bad checks filed Oct. 25, 2002, by Gary Locke of Butler Siding and Window in Prospect. Authorities just recently found Petrigni.Nathan Michael Walters, 25, of Meadville waived to court two counts of DUI filed Nov. 6 by Slippery Rock police.Paul Denton Cumblidge, 63, of Butler waived to court two counts of DUI filed Oct. 30 by state police.Marcus Avery Hudson, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court two counts of DUI filed Nov. 6 by Slippery Rock police.James Michael Fiore, 21, of Hermitage, waived to court two counts of DUI filed Oct. 29 by state police.
