SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
George Adam, 47, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, a stop sign violation, failing to use turn signals, and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Oct. 9 by Buffalo Township police.
Paul R. Hortert III, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 25 by Penn Township police.
Warren James Green, 22, of Herman was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 29 by Saxonburg police.
James Mondi, 21, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, a stop sign violation and failing to use turn signals, filed Oct. 12 by Saxonburg police.
Jeffrey D. Rand, 31, of Tarentum waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed Oct. 22 by Buffalo Township police.
Chrystyna Wenskovitch, 19, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Oct. 24 by Saxonburg police. Wenskovitch was ordered to pay $481.256 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Gregory P. Boulanger, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving a vehicle with no registration, driving on the wrong side of the road and a lane violation, filed Nov. 13 by Penn Township police.
John Campbell, 36, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 27 by state police. Campbell was ordered to pay $424.50 in fines and court costs.
Mark Mariani, 40, of Castle Shannon, Allegheny County, was held for court a charge of bad checks, filed in a private complaint Oct. 31 by Glassmere Fuel Service in Winfield Township.
Nicholas Oesterling Jr., 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 13 by Butler County detectives. Oesterling was ordered to pay $340 in fines and court costs.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Derek P. Nelson, 24, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 3 by the Adams Township police with eight counts each of access device fraud, identity theft and criminal mischief, and one count each of conspiracy to commit access device fraud and conspiracy to commit identity theft.William V. Sarver, 57, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 8 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, following too closely and failing to drive at safe speeds.Wayne Martin Newpher, 45, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 12 by the Callery police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol and drugs, operating a vehicle without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while license suspended, violation of use of certificate of inspection, displaying known factious/stolen certificate issued for inspection and disregard of traffic lane.Katherine Yova, 25, of New Wilmington, Lawrence County, had her case held to court. She was charged Oct. 18 by the Jackson Township police with three counts of writing bad checks.Emily Holfelder, 22, of Cranberry Township had her case held to court. She was charged Sept. 10 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregard of traffic control device, driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct.Christopher E. Alberth, 47, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 4 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and careless driving.Jack Bouch, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 3 by the Adams Township police with eight counts each of access device fraud, identity theft and criminal mischief and one count each of conspiracy to commit access device fraud and conspiracy to commit identity theft.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Kent C. Bowers, 57, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 18 by the Cranberry Township police with making terroristic threats, resisting arrest, harassment and simple assault.Jamie Diane Evans, 33, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with five counts each of identity theft and conspiracy to commit identity theft, two counts of acquisition by misrepresentation, two counts of conspiracy to commit acquisition by misrepresentation, five counts of theft of services and five counts of conspiracy to commit theft of services.Nathaniel Ulysses Brown, 49, of Pittsburgh waived his two cases to court. He was charged June 6, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with eight counts of identity theft, three counts of attempted identity theft, eight counts of access device fraud, attempted access device fraud, receiving stolen property and four counts of forgery. He also was charged Dec. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with six counts of identity theft, attempted identity theft, six counts of access device fraud, attempted access device fraud and receiving stolen property.Vincent Catalano, 28, of Webster, N.Y., had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit robbery.Richard Allen Carmichael, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 29 by the Cranberry Township police with harassment, simple assault, resisting arrest, possessing an access device knowing it was counterfeit, access device has been revoked, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Fredrick Miller, 45, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 10 by the Cranberry Township police with harassment and making terroristic threats.Mark A. Nester, 45, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with five counts of conspiracy to commit identity theft, conspiracy to commit acquisition by misrepresentation and five counts of conspiracy to commit theft of services.
