Truesdale 75th anniversary
Robert and Winifred Truesdale of Hilliards plan to celebrate 75 years of marriage with a family dinner on Feb. 7.
Truesdale married the former Winifred Smith on Feb. 7, 1944, at a church in North Washington.
They have eight children; Gregory, deceased; Judith White, of Ellensburg, WA; Joyce Whitmire, of Petrolia, WA; Shirley Hiwiller, of Petrolia; Cathy Ryan, of Butler; Barbara Biddle, of West Sunbury; Pamela Maxwell, of Slippery Rock; and Dennis Truesdale, of Hilliards.
They also have 21 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.Truesdale retired from Pullman Standard.He was a gunner in the Army Aircorps during World War II.Mrs. Truesdale enjoys Bible study, reading and jigsaw puzzles.The Truesdales are members of Boyers Methodist Church.
