The Kellys in 1959

Burdette and Waneeta Kelly of Harrisville celebrated 60 years of marriage with family dinner Saturday.

Kelly married the former Waneeta Glenn on July 29, 1959, at St. Alphonsus Parish in Murrinsville.

They have three children, Terry (David) Smith of Canton, Ohio; Robin (Sam) Thompson of Slippery Rock; and Kirk (Kellie) Kelly of Butler.

They also have five grandchildren.Kelly retired from General Electric in Grove City.Mrs. Kelly retired from food services at the Slippery Rock School District.The Kellys are members of St. Peter Parish in Slippery Rock.
