EVANS CITY —- District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard this case:

Jeremiah J. Detman, 28, of New Kensington, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 17 by the Jackson Township police with 10 counts each of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit access device fraud, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to receive stolen property.

CRANBERRY TWP —- District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:William Edmonds, 42, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged Oct. 27, 2004, by the Cranberry Township police with two counts each of theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.Jessica M. Shaffer, 28, of New Castle had her case held to court. She was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with disorderly conduct.Zachary Patton, 19, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged March 20 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and possession of a controlled substance.Huberto Santos Figeroa, no age available, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 25 by the Cranberry Township police with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.Shawn Eric Richey, 36, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 26 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault.Drew Crystaloski, 19, of Oakdale, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 13 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts each of simple assault and harassment.James Bernard McKernan, 27, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Francis Nicholas Todorich, 23, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Jeremy Wallace Werner, 21, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 14 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of burglary, corruption of minors, criminal trespass and conspiracy to commit burglary.Rebekah Caplan, 20, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged April 24 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking.Gary G. Musto, 46, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 28 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, operating without lights and vehicle making left turn without yielding.Nathan Allan Schultz, 22, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and vehicle making left turn without yielding.Jeffrey Marak, 29, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 19 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.Anthony Allen Morris, 25, of Verona, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by the state police with conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.Joshua Diegdio, 19, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 21 by the Butler County detectives with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession with the intent to deliver non-controlled substance in similarity to controlled substance, possession of marijuana, conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and corruption of minors.
