EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Jason August Kneidinger, 21, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged April 27 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.

Matthew Dean Meuli, 44, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 27 by the Adams Township police with two counts of accidents involving death or injury, recklessly endangering another person, driving with a suspended license, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, failing to yield at a yield signal and failing to stop and give information and/or render aid.

Alan F. Schaeffer, 33, of Boyers had his case held to court. He was charged May 15 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle, failing to drive at safe speeds, careless driving and failing to stop and give information and/or render aid.

Sandra Ann Armstrong, 44, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged May 12 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Michael Vincent Juliano, 19, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 30 by the Zelienople police with 26 counts each of forgery, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and tampering with records or identification.

CRANBERRY TWP —- District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:John C. Steele III, 26, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with six counts of writing bad checks.Carl James Styen, 33, of Clairton, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 11 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft.Michael L. Coyle, 27, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 23 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiring to receive stolen property.Kimberly Marie Ketter, 23, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged May 16 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.Marlena Lynne Kozminski, 23, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged April 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of a traffic control device and period for requiring lighted headlights.David Scott Young, 35, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 3 by the Cranberry Township police with recklessly endangering another person, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.Christopher Lee Berie, 24, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 26 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Melissa Ann Reich, 27, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and disregard of traffic lane.Marcy Lynn Dietrich, 19, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 10 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Alan C. Lorish, 82, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 10 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without headlights and careless driving.

WORTH TWP, Mercer County — These cases were recently heard by District Judge LawrenceSilvisCharles Henry Brandau, 36, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged Brandau June 2 with retail theft.Christina Anne Loughry, 18, of Sharon waived her case to court. Grove City Police charged Loughry May 8 with two counts of driving under the influence, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor, no rear lights and minor prohibited operating with alcohol in system.Bradley Hoffman, 19, of 601 Ridgeway Ave., Grove City, pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft filed June 3 by state police in Mercer.Earl L. Franklin III, 26, of 525 N. Liberty Road, Grove City, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 4 by Grove City Police.Gary Lee Black Jr., 18, no address given, pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed May 27 by Grove City Police.Jebediah Montgomery Cook, 25, of 223 Z\x S. Broad St., GroveCity, had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged Cook May 2 with two counts of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and improper signals.Dominick Joseph Destasio, 21, of Mercer had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged Destasio May 2 with two counts driving under the influence, driving on the sidewalk and driving an unregistered vehicle.
