District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Glenn E. Murdock, 58, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Charles Hans Steinmetz, 49, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sean James Scott, 29, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 23 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Tracy L. Charlier, 42, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged July 29 with forgery, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking and access device fraud.

Cynthia Marie Walsh, 36, of Ambridge waived her case to court. She was charged May 13 with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.

Tyler Joe Dunlap, 30, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged May 10 with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terrance Duane Scott, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 23 with criminal trespass and defiant trespass.

Tyler Ryan Gross, 24, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged July 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

Stephanie Anne Degenhardt, 29, of Beaver Falls waived her case to court. She was charged June 23 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Brandon Richard Morgan, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle without insurance, driving with a suspended license and driving a vehicle with suspended registration.

Anthony James Hand, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged June 23 with simple assault.

Luke William Frawley, 33, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. He was charged July 29 by the attorney general's office with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy.

Marshall Thomas Simonic, 30, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 18 with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.

Julia L. Chonko, 28, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged May 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.
