District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:
Samuel K. Messner, 29, of Dalton, Ohio, waived his case for court. He was charged Jan. 26 with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.
Shelly Marie McNamee, 40, of Cranberry Township waived her two separate cases to court. She was charged Feb. 8 with retail theft and receiving stolen property. She also was charged Jan. 11 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Tyler B. Krzynowek, 22, of Clinton, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 26 with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.
Joseph Anthony Vaccarello, 29, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 8 with conspiracy to commit retail theft.
Melissa Marie Taylor, 20, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged July 6, 2010, with six counts of possession of a controlled substance.
John M. Huether, 57, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged Dec. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Eric T. Peterson, 37, of Stoystown waived his case for court. He was charged March 8 with possession with intent to deliver a noncontrolled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
Amanda Nicole McCandless, 21, of New Castle waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 3 with retail theft, possessing an instrument of crime, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without insurance.
Roy D. Meyer Jr., 44, of Cranberry waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Christopher James Black, 20, of Monroeville waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 8 by the state police with receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm.
Michael Koebler, 25, of Monroeville waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 8 by the state police with receiving stolen property and criminal use of a communication facility.
John Thomas Balicki, 29, no address given, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 8 by the state police with criminal conspiracy, burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm and criminal use of a communication facility.
Matthew Gabriel Barth, 28, of Waynesburg, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 8 by the state police with criminal conspiracy, burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm and criminal use of a communication facility.
Darren L. Klaum, 45, of Cranberry waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Ryan Daniel Bowles, 31, of Freedom waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Melanie Amiee Pivarnik, 53, of Beaver Falls waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 21 with retail theft.
Craig Robert Lewin, 22, of Cranberry waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 21 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Donald Michael Freuden, 44, of New Stanton waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 8 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Khristian Lee Geraci, 33, of Cranberry waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 7 with forgery, identity theft, access device fraud, receiving stolen property and theft.
Peter Richard Shields, 52, of St. Charles, Mo., waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Marianne Cynthia Jordan, 47, of Cranberry waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 23 with driving with a suspended license and retail theft.
Brian Mark Payment, Jr., 21, of Butler had his case held for court. He was charged Oct. 18 by county detectives with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.
