Academy to offer free back-to-school haircuts
Students, ages 4 to 21, can get a free back-to-school haircut from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 21 at the Butler Beauty Academy, 233 S. Main St.
The free haircuts are sponsored by the academy, the Center for Community Resources and Louis Charles & Co. salon and day spa.
