EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Anthony Joshua Cozad, 18, of Cranberry Township, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 1 by Jackson Township police with possession of a weapon on school property and defiant trespass.
Pamela Ann Price, 39, of Conway, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 11 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, illegal parking on limited access highway, backing up vehicle illegally on a limited access highway and improper safety chains.
Sylvester Leo Beerman, 20, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 21, 2007, by the Lancaster Township police with robbery, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment.
CRANBERRY TWP — Interim District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Erin Lynn Hanley, 22, of Pittsburgh, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.Duane E. Caskey, 47, no address given, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 26 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, giving false identification to law enforcement authorities and giving false report to law enforcement authorities.Eric Edward Wobb, 47, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.Alicia Rae Harvey, 21, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, had her case held to court. She was charged Jan. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Mary Ellen Gold, 34, of Karns City, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and failure to keep right, filed Feb. 6.Tiffany Gray, 31, of Kittanning, waived to court charges of DUI, following too closely to another vehicle, driving too fast for conditions, not wearing a seat belt and not using a proper child restraint, filed Nov. 14.Barney Koerner, 50, of Butler, was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed June 19.Heidi Sue Rupp, 27, of East Brady, Clarion County, waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Jan. 23.Bradley Scherer, 27, of Bruin, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Feb. 6.
