5:39 p.m. Sunday — Two Butler women are accused of stealing two electronic tablets worth a total of $380 from Kohl's in the Butler Crossing shopping center. Deborah Krivak, 53, is charged with conspiracy, retail theft, possessing an instrument of crime, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jessica Holley, 27, is charged with conspiracy, retail theft, possessing an instrument of crime, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.2:38 a.m. Saturday — A pickup driven by Sergio Garcia, 28, of Giddings, Texas, backed into a parked car in the parking lot of the Rock Ann Haven bar on Greenwood Drive. He was cited for hit and run to an unattended vehicle and careless driving2:31 a.m. Saturday — A vehicle driven by Michelle Claypoole, 40, of Bruin hit a deer on North Duffy Road.
11:55 p.m. Sunday — William D. Griffith, 24, of Zelienople struck a deer while driving along Route 8 in Penn Township.10:10 p.m. Sunday — Timothy W. Osche, 45, of Gibsonia crashed his car on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township while trying to avoid a tire on the road.9:20 a.m. Monday — A medical condition caused Peter A. Mitch, 61, to crash his car along Route 356 in Winfield Township.Mitch suffered minor injuries after driving off the right side of the road and hitting a tree.He was taken to Allegheny Valley Hospital by Saxonburg Ambulance.9:42 Oct. 21 — William A. Barnhart, 57, of Bruin crashed his car after failing to yield to oncoming traffic while merging onto Route 422 at its intersection with Route 68 in Summit Township.Barnhart struck a car driven by Jenny M. Bowser, 27, of Chicora. She had minor injuries.Barnhart is charged with a traffic violation.
Friday — Officers seized 49 stamp bags of heroin, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while executing a search warrant at the second floor apartment at 221 E. Brady St. Donna Ann Larkin, 24, of Butler was charged with possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia. Joshua Ramone Phillips, 19, of Pittsburgh was charged with intent to deliver and criminal conspiracy.
1:06 a.m. Saturday — Two men were seen breaking into the Hair Emporium at 320 Opre Avenue and stealing the cash register.The register was later found along Riverside Drive.Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 724-458-7925.10:49 p.m. Monday — Michael Robert Boyce Jr, 22, of Mercer was arrested for DUI, fleeing and eluding police, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest and several other traffic violations.
