The state Department of Transportation announced that expiration dates for commercial driver licenses and commercial learner’s permits will be extended for residents in response to statewide COVID-19 mitigation efforts.

The expiration date for commercial learner’s permits and commercial driver licenses set to expire between March 16 and March 31 is extended through March 31.

The action represents the final extension for commercial expiration dates because of the coronavirus pandemic.
