SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Erek Bylinowski, 24, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed June 27 by Buffalo Township police.

Cody Reynolds, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and hindering apprehension and prosecution, filed July 20 by state police.

Leanne Talik, 34, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving without registration, failing to pull over for an emergency vehicle, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 21 by state police.

Rebecca Vanscoy, 23, of Chambersburg, Franklin County, waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed in a private complaint June 18 by Glassmere Fuel.

Brittany Williams, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, conspiracy, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed July 20 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:John Clemens, 57, of Slippery Rock waived charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and an open container violation, filed June 29.Beverly Lafollette, 49, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 16.William E. Lunn, 32, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and failing to carry his vehicle registration card, filed May 22.Shane T. Nolan, 36, of Petrolia waived to court charges of aggravated assault, DUI, reckless endangerment, fleeing or attempting to elude police, failure to keep right, illegally passing another vehicle, a stop sign violation, speeding and reckless driving, filed May 22.Reva Notaro, 20, of Export, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest, filed June 29.Brad C. Rusek, 35, of Meadville Crawford County, waived to court a charge of theft, filed May 27.James G. Sgro, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of identity theft, unauthorized use of another person's access device, unlawful use of a computer, computer trespass, forgery and theft by deception, filed Dec. 23.Troy Sovern, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed July 6.
